BEEF Bulk Orders
is 1/2 beef with cuts from the front and rear of the carcass and includes the same cuts as listed above for the 1/4 just a larger amount.
We use our standard cut order but there is some options for customizing your order with a 1/2. Things like if you prefer NY strip and tenderloin instead of Tbones and porterhouses, or thicker cuts. Any extra butcher costs above the standard cut order are your responsibility (items like shaved steak have extra costs
Cost: $5.50/pound based on the hanging wt. Hanging wts usually range from 500-650 pounds for whole. The take home meat is not the same as the hanging wt. Take home meat is often about 60% of the hanging wt due to cutting and waste parts. So you can estimate on the lower end to have about 150# for your freezer.
Estimate cost for 1/2 beef is: $1375-$1,650
$400 non refundable deposit per 1/2 is due at ordering
