Pasture Raised Chicken
Our meat type chickens are raised during the summer on pasture. They have portable houses for shelter and shade and a large range area surrounded by net fencing for predator protection. They are fed a grain feed free of antibiotics.
Chickens are processed by us on the farm and available the next day for pickup. They average 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 pounds each. $3.30 per pound.

We purchase piglets locally and raise them outdoors on our pastures and wooded areas. They have plenty of fresh air, sunshine and room to root around. We feed a grain feed free of antibiotics, along with milk from our milk cow and veggies from the garden.
Pork is available by the half or whole for fall processing.
They average 180-230 pounds hanging weight. A $50 deposit per half is required at ordering. $3.30 per pound plus processing fees.

Pasture Raised Turkeys
Turkeys are raised like the meat type chickens on pasture with a range shelter and fenced in range area. They are busy grazing the pasture during the day and secured in their shelter at night. They are fed a grain feed without antibiotics. They are processed by us on the farm and are available fresh the weekend before Thanksgiving. We cannot guarantee the size of your bird. They can range from 15-30 pounds. The earlier you place your order the higher on the request list you are. We do try to match everyone up with the size they prefer but that isn't always possible. If you are expecting a large crowd for dinner you are always better to order a couple of turkeys.
Pre-order early as we raise a limited amount of turkeys.
$3.30/lb. A $20 deposit is required at ordering.
Thanksgiving Turkeys are sold out but we do have a waiting list in case someone cancels their order. Contact us to be put on the list.
100% Grass fed Beef
We raise a small herd of Scottish Highlander and Hereford beef cattle on grass in our pastures and hay. We do not feed any grain, corn or silage. Calves are raised by their mothers on pasture. Their rate of growth is determined by nature. Grass fed beef is lean, highly nutritious and full of flavor. Beef is processed in the fall at a USDA inspected facility.
100% grassfed beef is available late September in a 25 pound mixed cut package - $175.00 (roast, steaks, ground beef, stew meat, ect...) and must be pre-ordered.
We also have limited amounts of cuts available beginnin in late September on a first come basis.
We have a small herd and have limited amounts of beef for sale.
As our herd and acreage hopefully expand in the coming years we will be able to offer additional quantities of beef.

Pasture Raised Lamb
This is our first year offering lamb. These are raised on mothers milk and grass. No grain or antibiotics. Lamb is schedule for processing the end of September. We are selling by the half or whole at this time. Custom cut to your order and processed at a USDA inspected facility. $6.00/pound by hanging weight, processing included.
We estimate the hanging weight to be 40-60 pounds for a whole.

Stewing Hens
In the fall we offer limited amounts of stewing hens. These hard to find culinary delights are best used for soups and stock.
They require very slow moist cooking, and cannot be roasted. Recipes are included. $7.00 each
