- No membership fees! We only charge $6 per member for the cost of cooler bags for deliveries. If you have adequate freezer or cooler space for large orders this can be waived.
- Orders are placed and paid for online for monthly delivery. So you don't have to handle orders!
-Orders are placed 7 days before we deliver.
- We deliver orders individually packed and labelled to your house in insulated cooler bags in the afternoon on delivery day.
- Members pickup that day at your house leaving the cooler bag for reuse the next month
-Order minimum is $750 each month per neighborhood group. Once 3 consecutive monthly orders are placed with the minimum amount met, beginning the 4th month the group receives 10% discount on everyone's monthly order when the order minimum is met. After 12 consecutive monthly orders groups receive 15% discount as long as the minimum is met.
You need to:
-Organize your group and send reminder emails/texts so members place their orders before the deadline.
-Orders are placed 1 week before delivery. We notify you if order minimum is not met and you have 24 hours to adjust orders to meet minimum.
-Be home to receive and sign for order delivery each month.
-Be able to hold orders for a few hours in a cool place so meat does not thaw.
-Send reminders to members to pick up orders on delivery day.
-Have a plan in place if members do not pick up their orders. Extra freezer space or food is donated are some options.
Once you have your group together contact Tricia at the farm to get your group in our system, set up order deadlines and delivery schedules.

We can help.
We can deliver to businesses like offices, hospitals, libraries, gyms, shops, chiropractors, and more.
You simply get a group together that will commit to regular orders every 2-6 weeks and have it approved by the owner/manager.
You and 1-2 co-workers will be coordinators in charge of organizing orders, sending reminders, pickups, handling not picked up orders and one person must be on site to receive and sign for deliveries.
We set up the delivery day and time with you. You choose the order frequency from every 2 weeks to every 6 weeks for the group.
Orders are placed and paid for online every month one week before we deliver. If order minimum isn't met we let you know and give you 24 hours to update orders.
We deliver individual orders in insulated cooler bags labelled with member name. Orders need to be kept in a cold place and picked up day of delivery unless you have freezer storage.
Cooler bags are left on site for us to exchange the next month.
There is a $6 fee for members to cover the cost of the cooler bags.
If your business has freezer storage or coolers for safe storage this fee can be waived.
